Holding masters in IT from University of Redlands, School of business, I have experience in Software Development, System Design and maintaining massively scale-able distributed systems on production that provide reliable platforms to the business partners.

Apart from being awesome, I am working at Apple Inc. in a customer facing role. Basically fix applications that don't work at all, work intermittently, don't work as expected, works but slowly or showing the unexpected.

My responsibilities don't end with resolving vegue issues. Everyday I work on new problems, find structure from the ambiguity and establish new processes to unblock the productivity and effitiency. I spend my day managing and respondings to hundreds of system error alerts, planing downtime deployments, preferably planning how to avoide downtime deployments, solve and prevent issues that has worldwide user impact, maintain and upgrade systems to meet compliance guidelines, maintain system's and software's reliability. I enjoy solving problems, work with a customer-centric approach, development, with a penchant for public speaking and communication.

I consider myself goal-oriented, always looking for my next challenge. I absolutely love to learn how all applications and systems are internally connected and functioning. It is pleasurable to find a gray area and debug through the whole path to locate an issue. I believe that effective system engineers are those who have a genuine understanding of the ideal workflow and can convey the requirements to stakeholders to get the job done. This kind of approach has let me develop an open mind while dealing with ambiguous issues. Before tackling any problem, I like to take a step back and look at the big picture, which in my experience, is where the solution always lies.
